French Apple Tart
French apple tart is combination of thin crusty puff pastry, sweet apples wedges, butter and sugar .Perfect for entertaining or a quick fix for dessert.

- 2-3 Apples
- 1 Puff Pastry Sheet
- 2 tbsp Melted Butter
- ¼ cup Granulated Sugar + 1 tsp Extra Sugar
- 1 tbsp Butter
- Icing sugar for dusting
Preheat Oven to 200°C and prepare a a tray lined with baking paper.
Cut apples in thin wedges/slices. Toss them in melted butter and sugar
Put puff pastry on the lined tray and pierce it using fork. Also slightly run the knife through border leaving an inch on all sides.
layer apples, slightly overlapping each other.
Cut butter into small squares and arrange over apples and sprinkle sugar.
Place the tart in the oven and bake untill 30 minute or untill the edges start to turn golden brown.
Allow it to cool before dusting icing sugar, cut in squares and serve immediately.
