Easy Chocolate Chip Cookies
Easy Chocolate chip cookies that are chunky and crispy with rustic golden edges.

- 1¾ cup Plain Flour
- 150 g Butter ( Softened)
- ½ cup Brown Sugar
- ½ cup Caster Sugar
- 1 cup Milk Chocolate Chips You can use Dark chocolate chips or mix of both dark and milk chocolate chips.
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Vanilla Essence.
Preheat oven to 180° C or 160°C Fan forced.
In a bowl put butter, brown sugar and caster sugar. Mix using electric beater until well combined.
Add the egg and Vanilla essence, continue mixing until creamy mixture forms.
Add the flour and mix with wooden spoon until a dough forms. Fold in the chocolate chips.
Using teaspoons roll a small ball and place it on a lined tray.
Gently press it to make the balls slightly flat.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes until edges start to turn golden.
Allow the cookies to cool on the wire rack.
