Dalgona Coffee

Delicious creamy, frothy coffee with distinct two layers of white milk at the bottom and pale golden coffee at the top .Can be made hot or cold.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp Coffee Powder
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Water

Instructions
 

Whipping the Coffee

  • Add coffee, sugar and water in a bowl.
  • Using a whisk or electric beater beat the coffee until pale and fluffy.

For Iced Coffee

  • Add ice cubes to a glass and pour milk.
  • Scoop the prepared coffee over the milk.
  • Gently smooth the top.

For Hot Coffee

  • Heat the milk in a saucepan until hot.
  • Pour the milk in glass
  • Scoop the prepared coffee over the milk.
  • Gently smooth the top.
