Dalgona Coffee
Delicious creamy, frothy coffee with distinct two layers of white milk at the bottom and pale golden coffee at the top .Can be made hot or cold.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Coffee Powder
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Water
Instructions
Whipping the Coffee
- Add coffee, sugar and water in a bowl.
- Using a whisk or electric beater beat the coffee until pale and fluffy.
For Iced Coffee
- Add ice cubes to a glass and pour milk.
- Scoop the prepared coffee over the milk.
- Gently smooth the top.
For Hot Coffee
- Heat the milk in a saucepan until hot.
- Pour the milk in glass
- Scoop the prepared coffee over the milk.
- Gently smooth the top.
