Chocolate Chip Banana Bread that is beautifully moist and loaded with ripe bananas and chocolate chips. Perfect for breakfast or afternoon tea, all you need is a cup of tea or coffee.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 180° C /350 ° F fan forced. Line a loaf tin with baking paper and set aside.
In a mixing bowl add brown sugar and melted butter and mix well using a whisk. Add one egg at a time and mix until combined well.
Mash bananas with a fork and add them to the mixture.
Add flour, baking powder and baking soda, pour in milk too. Gently mix until well combined. Fold in the chocolate chips reserving some for sprinkling on the top.
Pour the mixture into the prepared tin and sprinkle some chocolate chips. Bake in the oven for around 30 minutes or until skewer comes out clean. Allow it to cool down on wiring rack before slicing it.
Notes
You can use dark chocolate chips or milk chocolate chips according to your preference. The quantity is also personal preference, if you like you can add more chocolate chips on the top or use less on the top and add all of them in the batter.
