This delicious chicken Paratha roll is made chicken marinated spicy chicken, topped with onions garlic mayo and mint chutneys, and wrapped in a flaky parathas.
Marinate chicken using all the ingredients and leave it for atleast 30 minutes. For best results marinate for 2 hrs.
Heat oil in the pan and chicken. Cook chicken until all the water is dried up and chicken has nice golden colour on the sides.
Heat another pan and cook parathas as per the instructions on the package.
To Assemble: Lay the paratha on a clean surface and line up the chicken pieces in the middle. Put some onion slices and drizzle some garlic mayo and mint raita. Roll up the paratha and wrap them in foil or paper.
Notes
You can either use a store-bought garlic mayo or aioli. To make it at home take 4 tbsp of mayonnaise. Add a clove of minced garlic and a teaspoon of lemon juice. Mix well.
