How to Make Chicken Paratha Rolls
Prepare Chicken – Marinate boneless chicken in spices, yoghurt and garlic for at least 30 minutes. Although the longer you marinate the better but if you are pressed on time give it at least 30 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan and cook chicken until cooked.
Paratha – I used store bought parathas. These parathas are easily available at Indian grocery stores. In Australia Coles and Woolworths also stock them. You can choose between whole meal or plain parathas.
Toppings – onions and coriander/cilantro along with choice of your sauce. I like to use garlic mayo and Mint Chutney.

Making Chicken Paratha Rolls Ahead
You can make chicken paratha rolls ahead by prepping the chicken beforehand. Also prep Mint Raita and onions. Just when ready to eat, heat the parathas and assemble the rolls.
These Paratha rolls are best enjoyed when prepared fresh and the parathas are still warm and flaky. Avoid making them more than couple of hours earlier than required as they get soggy.
